It was created to take on the Lending business arm of Chapters & Heights Investment Partners Limited, which was transfigured to a Portfolio Management Business. Since Incorporation, the Company has gone on to finance SMEs of up to the tune of N2.0Billion.

Chapters & Heights Farms Limited was Incorporated on the 6th day of July 2021 to farm Poultry and Greenhouse Productions. Since Business commencement in July 2021, the Company has grown and supplied N600.0M worth of agricultural produce such as Frozen Chicken, eggs, Tomatoes and Bell Peppers. The Company has projected a turnover of N900.0M at the end of 2024.

Chapters & Heights Real Estate Limited was Incorporated on the 6th day of July 2021 to Own, develop, Manage and sell interest in real estate. The Company currently has 3 Units of Real Estate that has been cleared for multi-estate developments. It is projected that the sales value of these project will realize up to N2.0 Billion.
